“The speed control switch I purchase was incorrect for my modal MGI and I had to consult my local supplier and purchase a second correct controller. If you sell spare parts please be clear which modal MGI they are suitable for.”

“Item should be made of something a little stronger but it is what is. But the turn around from order to delivery was super quick with the express post. Order in the afternoon and it was sent the next day and arrived the next morning.”

“While the purchased item has been very good I have a new problem, which has not been resolved yet and I have a concern that it will not be resolved: it is the battery charger which is faulty, only few months out of warranty period.”

“The sand bottle fits on without the use of tools, very easy install. I had to play with the measurements for a minute or two only because I have the MGI seat installed on the other side. Definitely recommend this”

“I've owned the Zip Navigator now for about a month. First round with it I used my carry bag. This wasn't a good experience. I decided to upgrade to the MGI bag design for the caddy and it made all the difference. I love walking and using the Zip Navigator. It functions flawlessly. I highly recommend it.”

“I bought the cooler bag to replace my drink holder which broke after only a couple of months usage. Apparently you weren't prepared to replace it free of charge, even though I note on your website that several people seem to have had the same problem. Not really the level of service I was expecting!”

“I have used my new bag & cart for several rounds and find them very satisfactory. The bag is light and offers many pockets. The cart is easy to collapse and has no problem pulling up an incline with a full load.”
