“My cart had the pin in the release handle come out after the 3rd use. Your people were very helpful when I called and once I got the replacement parts it was an easy fix but that is still a little early to have something break. Another friend had the same thing happen to his so I gave him the second one you guys sent. The rain cover is nice but had no installation instructions and is difficult to pull over the top.”

“A year ago I purchased a MGI golf cart for my wife for Mothers Day (2022), I purchased while we where on a golf road trip from New Hampshire to Hilton Head South Carolina. I purchased the cart at the PGA Golf store, Cool store. As a surprise I ordered one on Amazon and had it shipped home so we could walk together. Before I got my cart we charged her cart as required took it to the course and it died before getting to the green of the first hole,uhg. I then received my cart and that one did not work. Twice we sent her cart back to MGI and once for my cart. Now in 2023 we go to use the carts, the batteries have been on there tenders the whole time. We go to use them this year and one of the batteries failed the first time out, uhg. I ordered a new battery at over $400.00. We received the new battery, charged to specifications went out for a second time and the other battery failed, uhg $3500.00 and we have not got more than one 18 whole course done with just one of the carts. My wife said do not order another battery because she is done with the hassles.”

“Although it took about 10 rounds of golf to become comfortable with the golf cart, now I enjoy using it. Initial problems included having the wheels on incorrectly or incompletely, having it freeze up after collision with a tree, many tip-overs, and a few other annoyances. Recently I ordered a sand & seed holder that was supposed to attach to the cart. They did not send the loop that is supposed to hold the bottle, so I now have to just hang it on the lip of my golf bag. Not totally satisfactory. I also ordered a scorecard holder. It attaches to the cart and looks great. However, the plastic cover on it is hard to close and doesn't stay closed. I've lost several scorecards that somehow just fell out of the card holder.”

“Really enjoy it! Works great. Seems durable. Comparatively light. I pretty much only use stop and go because you have to reset the distance feature every time which is silly. Wish I could easily manually push when needed (it’s an all or nothing when you put the wheels on). Remote would be nice at times but not needed. There’s no place to clip a scorecard unless you buy an extra attachment.”

“My cart is about 3 years old and I have had to replace both back wheels due to the hub failing. the first one was under warranty but I had to pay $90 for the other one. Looks like a design problem to me.”
