I love my Zip Navigator, but I ordered new wheels and I can't get them onto the axels.

Ordered black and received black/ silver. Also, for some reason wheel only fits on left side...not on the right side.

I love the cart but my original battery was lost in a flood last September. It took 10 months to get a replacement. Not very good!

Dear Sir I was extremely satisfied with my recent purchase. The wheels fit perfectly and really improved the functionality of my cart. Equally satisfied with the remote, I was concerned on how I was going to be able to sync the new remote to the cart, it could not have been any easier. My cart has over 2600 miles and now works almost as good as new. VR / Joe Connelly

I called to inquire about service for my Navigator All Terrain which had quit working on the first fairway of a recent golf outing. I called and talked with Christain who was very helpful, talked to me about the problem, recommended replacing the motor control and sent me an email with links to websites about the part and how to replace the part. Once I received the part, I replaced it successfully and my AT is working fine.

I ordered this part for a friend in the UK it's the rubber keypad for the remote control Lucky for him I was in Australia and such parts are only available to order to an Australian address, otherwise the UK supplier could only offer the whole remote control unit, a tad awkward and expensive

My 2 year old cart stopped working. After a week of correspondance it was determined my back wheels had to be repaced. From the website I ordered wheels, only to find out the were the wrong wheels and had to be sent back at my expense. I ordered another set of wheels, and when I received them they were different than the original set on the cart. I was told they were correct and I needed to sand and grease the post of my cart to install them. No one said the new wheels were much tighter than the old ones, after applying a lot of force they went on. I should of been told the new wheels were different, it would of saved me a lot of worry. It took me 3 weeks to replace the wheels.

Ended up having to get a completely new remote. $200 on top of the $60 already wasted on the key pad and postage ($30 for an envelope).

By the time it was sent out to me i had to pay quite a bit of postage. Then i sent it back and had to pay $10 to do so and then they said they would take 15% off my refund? I felt it was wrought and they are not looking after there customers. So to me a bad experience.
