“Very pleased with my Zip Navigator ATR. Over 1600 miles so far. Added 20 pounds of ankle weights to front neck behind front wheels in order to keep the front end down when climbing steeper hills. Would be nice to have a MGI designed accessory weight to purchase as an add on for hilly courses.”

“Unfortunatley the quality of MGI products is very disappointing. I've tried numerous accessories and had issues with them all. The drinks bag developed splits in the foil lining, the umbrella spring mechanism broke, the steel ring clips on the towels fell off, the retaining clip on the third wheel of my navigator AT broke and most recently the lower buggy bag strap broke. So unfortunatley I will no longer pruchase any MGI accessories unless the quality improves”

“Cart works fine but I lost the controller and it cost $250 which is ridiculous. Next the clip on the controller broke from normal fatigue (cheap) and cost $16 and another $17 to ship…which is also ridiculous.”

“Unfortunately the sand bucket holder did not fit. My buggy is about 7 years old, I thought it would be a universal fitting. Is it possible to get one for an older buggy? Apart from that the strap is good and the delivery process worked well.”

“I picked up 3 items. The first is the zip top bag spacer. Great simple solution if you have a shorter or ladies bag. Lowers the top holder just enough. The remote case and key mat is also a cost saver rather than a new remote. Last was just a replacement for the bottom bungee cord. Same as the original.”

“After 3 years of use my remote for the Zip Navigator sort of died. It would connect to my Zip Nasvigator and loose connection about 20 seconds later. Called the office and they told me that the remote is/was dieing. So I order na replacement, and the replacement aren't cheep. After about 2 weeks the new remote arrived and when I programed it, it immediately worked. So I am up and running again! The MGI office was very helpful and were able to take my order for a replacment.”
