“Overall it is excellent, but the drink holder appears to be poorly designed. the clip has broken twice in the year since i have owned the navigator and it costs $40 to replace it (when you add $20 shipping and handling. Please redesign it or make it affordable to buy and replace it every 3 months.”

“I have had my mgi cart for five years. It is very durable, and the battery is still as strong as when I first bought it. I just purchased the seat and it was a very nice addition. I have appreciated the service I got from your staff when my new scorecard attachment arrived with a crack. I contacted your staff and they immediately reimbursed me. Thank you for a quality product.”

“Before purchasing my cart, I spent hours online researching these things. There are quite a few companies that make them and in all different prices. MGI stood out above all the rest. I’ve seen a few of them at local courses and everyone absolutely loves these things. Not only for the quality of the product but the customer service. When you build a quality product and back it up with top notch service, how can you go wrong in choosing MGI?”

“Really like the cart. The part that I ordered is one that I do perceive to be one that is easily broken. The lip that holds the remote, over time, weakened and broke off.”
