“Poor product quality. The front axle broke after a few months and the company did not honor their warranty. The accessories broke after a few months. Poor website / customer service. Went to order more accessories and the website redirected me to the wrong parts and had to send them back at my expense. Not a reputable company with poor quality products and poor customer service.”

“MGI is great. I lost my remote and purchase another. A week later my remote was found and I returned the newly purcahsed one for full credit. I am on my third year with my MGI electric cart. No problems - it is great.”

“I really enjoy the cart. This model turns on a dime, which I like. The front wheel could be a little larger, as when you hit any roots on the surface or things recessed (sprinkler boxes or drains), it does hit them hard and can tip a little too easily. I have walked 36 holes in one day on a course with about 15 stories in height change and the battery lasted fine.”

“The order, which was difficult to find a way to do from the USA, was not good. It is difficult to use, poorly positioned on the caddy, and cheaply made—not worth quarter of what i paid for it. The sand holder that I bought with the caddy is also a piece of garbage. It broke easily riding low on the caddy because it was cheap and thin plastic—totally inappropriate for its function. I have come to realize that there is no easy way to repair anything that might go wrong. Shipping to Australia is a ridiculous option. To put it bluntly, I am sorry that I purchased a product so difficult to use and one with shoddy add-ons. Finally, I do not do market research for you. Surveys are a waste of my time. I don't work for you. This whole experience to date has been a waste of time and money. I wonder if you think I will be likely to recommend your product or your company to anyone? jehrenre@uno.edu”
