Love my MGI cart, and the accessories I purchased later are well thought out, but somewhat cheaper in construction/application, but useful nevertheless.

They make great electric golf carts, but the prices for their accessories are way too high!

The seat bracket had broken when my cart fell Over. The replacement was only $11, which I consider very reasonable, and came very quickly. The $18 S&H was a little high, but I had the replacement before my next round. It was also easy to install.

Works well, sorry that the company sells one that doesn’t do the job and you have to invest in the extender.

I'd give it 5 Stars, but to be charged $180 for a remote control is borderline criminal, so I withhold a star.

Ok MGI Navigator. Great love walking and not having to push a cart. One issue the trailing wheel. The yoke holding the wheel was not true. The arms of the yoke were canted inward slightly preventing the wheel from turning freely. Didn't notice this until a steep uphill section on a concrete cart path a small flat spot was worn on the wheel. Removed the yoke took off the wheel found a spacer to spread the yoke arms apart just a little. Left it in the sun all day to relax. All night to cool and set. Works great now wheel spins great. Little flat spot though. All good. Answered questions voiced my approval and recommended the Navigator to several who have asked me. It's a Great piece of equipment!

All in all happy with MGI Zip Trolley. I was shook when my remote battery died and had to replace it. It was only my 3rd season with my trolley.

very disappointed in fact that my remote lasted two seasons.

I am pleased but have a couple of suggestions. The wheels are too hard. My old cart did not rattle when pushed on our nonpaved, stony golf cart paths. The knob control for speed combined with the push button start causes inadvertent speed changes. They should be decoupled. Frank

The Zip Navigator has been a great addition to my game. Since a golf bag full of clubs is “top heavy” (most of the weight in the club heads), the cart has a tendency to tip over on side hills, so I recommend buying the All Terrain model with the wider front wheel base.

My MGI Navigator is brand new. Played only 1 round with it. It worked very well. It's easy to control and completed the round very well.

I've had my MGI Navigator about a month now, it takes some getting used to. I've dumped it several times mainly by driving it too fast. It's best to slow down considerably when encountering rough terrain or steep hills. I've also learned to remove the battery just before loading it in my trunk after a couple of instances where it started suddenly without warning and took off. It's easy to hit the start button inadvertently on the handlebars. I've also learned to extend the 4th wheel whenever I use my Navigator. I forgot a couple of times and the cart will fall over backwards when climbing steep hills if the 4th wheel is not extended. All in all, it's a great cart and performs as advertised when used properly.

My wife and I think MGI is a great company. Excellent customer service and products. We both have a Zip Navigator. Hers was bought in 2018 and mine in 2019. We have over 6,900 miles combined and are very satisfied with the product. Hers was the first at our club and now there are over 3 dozen. There is minimal maintenance and when there are issues customer service is very helpful.
