“Not happy right now as my MGI ZIP still does not work after installing the New Board. It is very difficult to get a holf of your customer service department by phone or email. My case number is 17333. I would really appreciate a follow up so I can get my unit fixed. I do not know if I need to another controller as the one sent may be bad or do I need a new screen. The problem is when I put the battery on the screen faintly lites up then goes blank and unit does not work. I disconnected the Red and Black connector from the screen and inserted the battery and same issue occurs. I appreciate yoru attention to this. If it gets fixed I will give a positive review.”

“I ordered the clip and a short time later a friend said he had an extra one. When I tried to cancel the order I was told the order had already shipped. I asked if it could be sent back and was told I would receive a $16.50 credit, however the cost of shipping was to be on me. Because of a cost of $15 for shipping I decided to keep it. I didn't find the help re this issue very helpful as it would have cost me approx. the same to return the item a to keep it.”

“I contaced MGI as my remote was not working well. Although my model is no longer available, I was given very good advice re cleaning the contact points. That worked well until one of the buttons fell off (unrelated)..so I had to buy a new case.”

“I bought 2 replacement wheels for my Zip Navigator 2019 model, unfortunately, the wheel they sent me was defective. I have sent a video as they requested last week and have not heard from them since.”

“My Caddy died and MGI told me that I need to replace the Motor Controller. I bought and replaced the Controller but it didn’t fix the problem. Then I was told to unplug the USB port connector and that fixed the problem. I think MGI should have told me to try unplugging the USB connector first because that was much easier thing to try than replacing the Motor Controller and this fix was free too. Although MGI agreed to take the Controller back but still it cost me $11.55 to ship it back.”

“I love the cart and I bought second one for my wife. It was arrived and not opened yet. I will return it for the following reason. I was told gear box is not under warranty, then what else under? That is the only one it can be damaged easily just like in the car. In the car the gear is under warranty.”

“Purchased mgi zip navigator AT May of 2024 and absolutely LOVE it!! Each round of golf is a nice easy walk now no more pushing and or pulling cart and bag. So much easier on every course and in particular the hilly ones. Everyone except one in the group I golf with have battery carts. Took me a year to decide to get one, should have sooner. Thank you very much. MGI is the best from research that I did and referrals from friends.”
