“Did not receive the towel. The Navigator does not stay on a straight line and pulls slightly to the left otherwise is fine. Can the motors be adjusted to stay straight?”

“Bought the zip navigator AT, in March ‘23. My course just opened April 13th. My first round of 18 holes with this caddy was fantastic. Based on prior reviews, and my research it performed above and beyond. It operates so easy. I love it!”

“My trolley itself is great, I am concerned that now in my second season replacement parts are looking to be impossible to find on website. Replacement batteries, 5th wheel replacements, keypads for remotes and the parts and pieces that I think I am going to need very soon are simply out of stock every time I look. That is quite a bit of a concern as I approach the 300 mile mark on my Zip Nav A/T. My remote buttons are starting to be less responsive from wear is my guess and I do not see the ability to find that part for a long time - and a total remote replacement cost is almost 15% of an entirely new unit.......starting to be concerned. If the cost of the smaller and easier replacement parts are always out of stock and/or inherintly expensive - it makes the unit utility far less appealing and cost prohibitive.”

“My wireless remote was not charging properly so I bought this cable thinking that was the issue. It eas not because the remote still does not charge. This is the second issue I have experienced with my MGI All Terrain buggy.The first issue was the pins on the handle release mechanism eventually fell out and I could not collapse the handle. For a machine that is only 6 months old and over $2000 I am very disappointed.”

“The battery should have been packaged better. It was in a bubble wrap envelope but it was not in a box or wrapped. One wire on the battery was severed. The wire may have been cut when opening the envelope but it was only one wire out of three wires that are close together. I transferred the entire wire harness from the old battery using a soldering iron and the new battery is working well.”
