“Excellent service and updates throughout the order and delivery process. I also need help from the service manager Andrew on installing the part. Both he and Guy in customer support were extremely helpful and approachable. Highly recommend MGI for their product quality and outstanding customer service.”

“Adapter kit for attaching a carry bag is the perfect solution as the standard elastic provided does not secure the bottom of the bag securely.”

“The replacement battery does not hold a charge. Customer service has been atrocious. I'm using the same equipment I've used to charge the original battery. It shows a full charge, and dies within 2 and a half hours. My cart battery lasts ~54 holes. My remote battery barely lasts 9.”

“Have had for couple months now. So far so good. Really enjoy the hands free walking. Purchased the seat and cooler bag, love them. Would love to purchase a sand holder, but apparently you have to buy the bottle with it. I would recommend this cart.”

“The plastic replacement clip was WAY Overpriced. This was disappointing based on the purchase price of the cart originally. You should use stronger materials for the original unit or provide replacements more economically.”
