“Later delivery then listed, cheap, not as described poor quality goods, over a week of emails until they finally agree to complete a refund. They do not respect your consumer rights... giving something back within 14 days. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Totally put off from buying from the range again too”
“Ordered a 3-seater garden sofa via Amazon and 2 armchairs with a side table. These arrived by separate carriers on the same day. The sofa is black and the armchairs and table are dark brown. I contacted them immediately to do a straight return and placed a further order for two black chairs. During the night I received an email from the company (clearly an outsourced customer service) to tell me that I had to pay for the return. I replied asking that they did not send out my 2nd order until we had resolved the problem with the 2 chairs and table. They are insisting that the advert says they are brown. It does not.
I arrived home today to find that the 2nd order is on my drive, nobody at home and not signed for. Had I been at home I would not have accepted this delivery. I am furious that my instructions have not been followed.
This company has offered me £20 to keep the brown chairs but they are of no use to me and I want to return them. All I wanted was a straight exchange of goods without paying for returns.
I have tried phoning...they do not answer.
I wish that I had visited this site first. I am appalled that Amazon is doing business with such a disreputable company”

I ordered three sets of garden cushions in grey from the same manufacturer ( Outsunny ) on the same day.
All three sets arrived . although one item was just left outside front door in full view of road .All three sets were different tones of grey. Not the look I wanted
I sent them photos as requested, I tried talking to thembut politely was told they could do nothing. No one offered me replacements. So I am sending them back.... at my expense.
Do not buy from them.”
“Unfortunately I had to give you 1 star should have been 0 stars. Placed an order through another company cancelled the following day but you insisted to send out parcel 2 of 2. Which I have now sitting in my shed up opened and but box damaged. Took day off work unpaid for you to collect but you failed to collect. Came back with me to dispose off 5/6 ft long item again at my expense. I refused now you want another day again at my expense to collect. You really are taking the p***

“Ordered a desk via The Range. Box was left on my front door (no signature and damaged- Yodel issue)
However the top of the desk was damaged. Have sent photos and advised what's damaged and they are insisting I add photos another way to the message and refer to the manual to highlight where its damaged....this company is going to dig their heels”
“I bought a cement parasol base from them. It completely fell apart after 9 months due to its poor construction. I would not expect a parasol base to be an annual disposable item. The company refused to refund.”

“I would give this company zero stars if I could as they will not reply to any of my messages concerning a refund for I purchase that I made in march. “Bought garden furniture via the range , it wasn’t cheap furniture to say the least ,when I went to fix it up it had no screws or nuts and spacers ,when I rang up I was told they don’t do spares but I could buy them off a website ,must be having a laugh how do you return stuff without the huge boxes it came in ,when all you want is a pkt of screws”
“Bought a garden table and chairs put it together to find one the leg on table is slightly curved to much so I prosivictly insisted a return and full refund and to get a email back asking me for pictures of the damaged table leg and they will send a replacement one I then emailed back to say again I don't want a replacement table leg I wish to have a refund I havnt heard anything back and have read previous reviews which I should of done some research before ordering from them so I have now just pushed the £399 table and chairs to the back of the garden as I can't be bothered to have to deal with such a company that once yiu buy from them that's it deal done they don't want to know
So I would recommend not to buy from them your just throwing your hard earned money away for the cheap but expensive tat that they sell”
“Do not buy greenhouses from this company. I purchased one and parts are missing so had to use cable ties and they couldn’t even line up the bolt holes correctly to put the screws into. The greenhouse is a mess and they offered £20 off. Don’t not purchase from here. Photos to follow”

“After purchasing a sofa bed through The Range, I needed to return it due to it being unsafe. M H STAR were absolutely brilliant; they gave me specific instructions about what I needed to do. I had to repackage it, take photos and email them. They arranged for a courier to collect, 20 minutes after it was collected, I rang them and a refund was organised which I received the next day. Throughout this, I was contacted regularly by email to ensure that I was happy about the arrangements. Excellent service and customer care throughout, thank you!”
“Ordered a ceramic heater from Robert Dyas, did not arrive checked Yodel tracking as to where order was and kept getting awaiting for MH Star to send. Contacted Robert Dyas twice and told it had been lost and would reorder. Just hope this time it will get here. Not impressed at all. Would not recommend.”
“Tried to send the lean to greenhouse back , they would not send a returns label as I don’t possess a printer was informed I have to pay for return to the cost of £64 !! The greenhouse is supposed to be Heavy Duty !!! Really?? The first small gust of wind it was half way across the garden, polycarbonate is substandard as for the instructions waste of time looking at them. How this company is still trading is beyond belief”
