“Did not receive pkg. UPSP carrier delivered it to another residence. The pkg. has not been returned to USPS post office or to the postal carrier. Not sure how to deal with this issue. USPS has not been helpful with this issue. Feel voilated and sad to not receive these purchases. Please give guidance on how to solve this issue. USPS does not honor my concern about this issue.”

“I had recently purchased 2 McDowell shirts at a local shop. They are both mediums and fit perfectly, so I bought 2 more medium shirts online and neither fit at all. In fact I’m sure an xl would have been fine. Because these were final sale items I can’t return them. You would think that there would be more consistency in sizing.”

“I purchased a dress at a shop in town that was a Michelle McDowell and I loved everything about it. When I received my purchases from online I was extremely disappointed. The sizing was way off, the fabrics felt cheap and the dresses hung wrong.”

“The green in the picture is not the color of the dress I got. The cut was terrible for a larger body type. I’ve reached out to try to return it but haven’t heard from anyone.”

“Sadly I did not receive the earrings I ordered, but another pair. After contacting customer service, they advised the correct pair would be shipped ASAP. I then heard back again, that my item was now out of stock. Customer service should have been knowledgeable about current stock, as well as able to secure stock if it was available when I was told it was.”
