Bought roofbars when they arrived not suitable for my car returned them immediatly at my expense they arrived in Ireland 2days later and a month later they were still at customs awaiting the charge to be paid no reply to emails or phone calls very quick to take my money but won't pay up or correspond when something is wrong so much for hassle free returns

The returns process was arduous to say the least and in my opinion is designed to hinder the customer rather than facilitate a successful return.

DONT BUY FROM MicksGarage.com It says on the web site EASY RETURNS NO I got 2 Emails from them with differant addresses one in Barnsley one in Irland I sent a quiry got back email saying the Barnsley adress was no longer being used (WHY SEND AN EMAIL TO THE CUSTOMER WITH THE WRONG ADDRESS) WARNING YOU HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN POST

Got sent the wrong part. 2nd time this year. Website part compatibility check does not work correctly.
Filled in the website returns contact form, twice, with no reply.
Rang relevant customer service helpline, also twice, got hung up on both times.
Complained via email, saying all of the above. Got a generic reply back with a code to send back incorrect item, at my expense.
Waiting for a refund....won’t hold my breath.

Arranged for part to be returned only to find out would be charged international post to Ireland from England as was unable to send returns back to their England depot as was closing down.

This i all did, and incurred the returns cost also, and the cost of the mechanic storing my deconstructed car until the new part arrived.
