“My 2* review of roof bars on micksgarage.com was not published, and it is still listed as a 5* product. The manufacturer of the bars list them as only suitable for 4 dr Mondeo, although it is similar to the 5dr it would have been nice if the product compatibility was more transparent. I am unfortunately disappointed with the quality of the product but MicksGarage have not replied to my emails re returning it. It was expensive at 140 pounds, when I think how prominent MicksGarage is in Google UK search and how over-convincing the ‘reviews’ are, maybe it is best I cut my losses and just don’t use them again.”

“I bought extra at their suggestion to take me up to the “free” postage limit, which I did but was automatically charged for “express” post. They told me I chose it but I most definitely did not. It’s the principle more than the extra €5 but in any event, the “express” I was cheated into paying for is anything but “express” I ordered on Sunday but didn’t get it until Thursday. The products were poorly packaged too, luckily the delivery guys were careful.”

“I never had a problem with micksgarage everything ive bought normally comes on time but I noticed something, When I write a review about something I buy I give my honest opinion but Micksgarage only post the good reviews which is misleading to other costumers, I bought a obd2 reader off the back of some good reviews only to find out that its rubbish. So I wrote a review about it and its not been published.”

“Having unintentionally ticked the 3 day delivery, as I did not see options whilst processing my order, where Micks Garages assured me that I had chosen the option, it took over 8 days for the item to be delivered. A refund would be nice but I have lost the will to argue about it as I'm sure they'll have a some clause around a refund. Will vote with my feet sadly.”

“MicksGarage has been great over the preceeding two years and number of purchases I've made. Previously everything was shipped DHL tracked and arrived to the other side of the world within 3-4 days. They have now decided to ship things by Post untracked! It now takes significantly longer to get here is untracked with orders delayed going out. Spoke with Micksgarage/Louise about it and may as well be speaking to a replybot. This will be my last Micksgarages order unfortunately.”

“Sent wrong part ( replacement mirror for Renault Laguna) got Scenic part instead. Had to return at own expense. Replacement part fits but may have been in store too long, as " sticky tape" at back has nearly dried out! Thus useless”
