“I had difficulty installing Norton on my laptop when an Error code showed as I was going through the installation process. Having had two attempts at installing it, I then rang the Bailey St shop and was told it could be sorted out immediately. Daniel - a new member of staff - hit the same snag as me but persevered and was able to overcome the difficulty.”

“Staff always helpful and polite. I like the way you are greeted when you enter the shop. And there's a nice bowl of sweets on the counter. I know little about computers but they always strive to understand my purpose in buying something so they sell me the correct machine. It did take a long while for my tablet to be repaired.”

“I find the staff of Micro Computers most helpful and patient in their approach to requests for help or clarification of a technical problem concerning my computer or its attachments. I also have a running contract with them to oversee such technical problems which may arise and consider this money well spent. Wynn Rowlands.”

“The team at your shop in Bailey Street do your company credit in the way they deal with all problems and requests for help by their customers. I have never left the shop without feeling satisfied with the service received. There never seems to be a problem that cannot be solved, either in the sourcing of new products, or when an item needs to be repaired. Well done and keep up the good work.”

“Without fail, over many years, MicroPlus have always provided an excellent first class service. All the staff are courteous, friendly and ready to explain modern technology in simple terms when needed. I know I shouldn't single out anyone in particular, but Wayne at the Bailey Street shop has been exceptionally helpful (and patient!) to this Senior Citizen!”

“Absolutely excellent service and advice from Wayne at the Bailey Street, Oswestry shop. Very knowledgeable, and always the right advice. Proper equipment sold (for example, complete with manufacturer's disks - so that you are never held to ransom when things need fixing- as happens with less scrupulous companies). Courteous and quick service when required. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I have no association with this firm, other than as a very satisfied customer for about 16 years. John W”

“I must separate out the service of the salesman from the product. The staff were efficient, polite and factual. But they did not bother to point out to me that they had a special offer available which would have saved me money - but perhaps less profit for the firm! I have not been happy with the product. I was never "computer savvi", but my previous desktop computer was relatively straightforward. By comparison, in switching to a Windows 8.1 Lenovo laptop was like starting from scratch with virtually no information, and a disaster! It has driven me to distraction!! To convert to 'Windows 7' would have added significantly to the already high cost. Five months on I still struggle almost daily. Your team should provide an instruction manual, especially for the older customer! And within a fortnight I had a virus, which cost me again! So much for the Bulldog protection! Godfrey Oldaker.”

“I tend to use micro plus for all my computer needs as they are local professional and give good service. My computer requirements are not as demanding as they used be but I always find micro plus give me the service I want.”

“Most of the staff are very patient as I am useless with computers. Dan is especially patient and helpful and his seminar was very good. Am looking forward to the next one. It is well worth while paying monthly to have any problems solved.”
