“There was prompt, timely delivery of the microscope I ordered for my 11 year old grandson. I'm excited to see the clear instructions for usage and quality packaging to avoid any damage. “I needed an explanation of terminology such as 'objective' and 'stage' as well as a labelled diagram of the microscope. Instructions on how to change the 'globes' would have been useful as I've never seen little tubes like that before.There was no yellow or blue filter or cedar oil.The Instruction Manual was difficult to read as it is awkwardly written.Seems like it was written by someone whose first language is not English.”

“First time dealing with microscopes.com.au and it has been a very positive one. Ordered 2 sets of prepared slides as a Christmas gift for my 10 year old son. Hubby and I have already looked at a few and know our son is going to LOVE them. Microscopes.com.au were easy to deal with and fast delivery (even with the Covid Lockdowns). Would definitely recommend them.”

I dont understand why you left this one star review, the only purchase you made was for the microscope accessory kit for $15 for which you left a 5 star review. Strange why you should choose to leave this low rating for a company review. I checked the tracking for your delivery and it arrived in 7 days from WA to NSW.
