“The microscope I purchased is a birthday gift for my grandson and has not been gifted yet. So I can’t comment on the product except to say that I have had a good look at it and I’m very excited to be giving it as a gift, it looks wonderful. The online ordering experience was excellent. Very easy (for an aged pensioner!) and considering covid-19 and the distance to ship (WA to Melbourne) it arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Thank you.”

“Kay and I have dealt with Stephen Wilkinson at Aunet over a period of 7 months, with initial queries, advice and a couple of purchases. During that time the attitude he demonstrates reflects a high level of confidence in his experience and that is good when dealing with people from the other end of the country. Trust is the most important factor in business and Stephen is at the top of the list with us. We are beginners with microscopes, purchased one and found that our old eyes did not behave the way we expected. He changed the camera, objectives and eyepieces for us to ones that we were able to comprehend what we saw much more clearly. He simply did it and sent it from Perth to Atherton in 3 days (during the Covid 19 lockdown which was delaying transport very much . The extra cost for us is money well spent. Very happy to comment on the service and quality of product Keith & Kay Jeffrey”

“The order arrived in a relatively timely fashion. I ordered a blank slides, teaching slides/book and a camera (MA-88) on the website as I have two children and thought that showing the images of slides on a computer screen would be easier than them taking turns looking down the scope. Unfortunately, the camera comes with software only on a CD (which most modern computers/laptops do not have) and despite what is written on your website it does not work with Windows 10. I have checked other websites selling this camera and they list compatibility with Windows XP/Vista and 7 only. Even searching on the internet I could not find an updated driver to allow use with windows 10. This has left me feeling that I was sold goods under false pretenses and I am sure I am not alone. I have a $100 piece of hardware that I simply can't use. My children and I have been very disappointed and I would not recommend the website/store to any of my colleagues with young children as a result of this experience. Update: following this review the owner got in touch and sent me updated software that allows the camera to work with Windows 10. I have suggested that for future customers, providing this software with the camera at the time of purchase will help ensure good reviews, as all other aspects of their service were good.”

Hi Jonathan Regarding your disappointment with your camera purchase, this camera does work with windows 10, I will send you AmCap software with WeTransfer now, please accept and download the software, this will work with your camera and windows 10, I have a windows 10 machine here and it works fine, we also have a 60 days full money back guarantee should you not be satisfied with your purchase, please try AmCap and get back to me if you have any further issues or concerns. Hi Elizabeth The reason your brix meter wasnt received in time is because you didnt provide your property number in the order address information, after corresponding with you via email, you have informed me it has arrived safely.

“Being from Victoria and the store located in Western Australia scared me a little. First thing I done was use the websites instant chat to talk to someone, and as the name suggests, I got a reply almost instantaneously and spoke to Stephen Wilkinson. Stephen was very friendly and helped me decide on what scope was right for me - in this case I wanted to photograph microorganisms and bacteria. Once I was happy with the scope, he assured me that my $2500 parcel would arrive safely across Australia. I purchased the scope on a Friday afternoon. By Thursday night the following week I was already viewing my first sample. I am now three weeks in and I couldn’t be happier. Stephen has kept in contact and has always replied to any questions I had. Knowing that the support is always there has made my experience so much better. Great service, great people. Highly recommended.”
