“Pathetic. I ordered a large trad sun hat, this was confirmed. After it had been sent I received an advice which stated that I had ordered an extra small. I phoned immediately and was told it was OK as I could refuse to take the package. I pointed out that the package would certainly be dropped in my porch with no announcement. It has cost me £3 to return it. Very unhappy.”

“I Ordered a 2018 diary which eventually came ! The diary was damaged , I called the contact number on invoice numerous times, no answer . I left several messages with my details and to date I still have not had any response . I met with a friend last week ( a life long member ) and she had ordered 2 diaries both of which were damaged. Disgusting service.”

“Trying to order online but wouldnt accept the order - kept telling me o enter an email address, but nowhere to enter it .... BUT rang the shop and the response from the staff on the phone was EXCEPTIONAL - really pleasant and helpful. Online service v poor, phone service EXCELLENT”

“The customer service was absolutely terrible, I ordered a shirt with my name and two numbers it should of taken two working weeks, it took a month because they forgot to get the k in my name, when I phoned up all they said was well get back to you, then once they finally did they told me it come on one date and be at my house then next. That did not happen, so because I wanted the shirt to go on tour with, bear in mind I ordered other things that came to around £80, they delivered it unprinted, so when I get back they are going to have to pick it up again to re print it, all I got was money back on the printing and a sorry, I am truly disgusted with the way I have been treated. To say I'm angry at this is a understatement, if your reading this make sure you have enough time before you order the top or other items so it gives them enough time to cock it up and get back to you, next time I want something I'm buying it from the shop! Pathetic.”
