“Both their product and customer service are terrible. First I bought a small one on 11-30-24, and received no shipping updates as of yet (12-15-24). I reached out via email, heard nothing, emailed again, nothing. Then stalked them on social media, and finally 4 days later I'm told they'll check on shipping (still haven't got back to me on that) and they said they never got the emails (untrue unless they have a problem on their end and that's on them). This combined with a terribly inconsistent product we already have (reads inside AQI as 221 (which is unhealthy) when its actually 37 (just as one example), makes this product/company a fail. *Just took a screenshot, see attached, still way off. Buyer beware!”
