“I bought my Snugpak SJ9 jacket from military direct based on it being the cheapest price i could find. Sadly it took nearly a month to arrive and two phone calls chasing it up. A simple email telling me it wasnt in stock at the time of ordering would have been beneficial.”

“Fantastic standard of service and cheapest price for the products that I ordered. When an issue arose with non-delivery of some of the order the missing items were sent as soon as they arrived - within 2 days. The items that could not be sourced were refunded the next day. Given the price and free delivery, you can only congratulate the team for the service that they provide. Do not hesitate to use this fantastic company!”
