“The box was lovely, but overpriced and sub par customer service.
Due to an error with the address (of gift receiver), the package was held at a nearby post shop. I wrote to the customer service team to change this and was told It would be easier for me to do this, so I posted a request (from another country). However, as I was not the listed sender or recipient I was declined to change the address (2 days later, when a friend could have collected it instead) meaning it got sent back over state and I had to pay a larger sum to resend it. After all the fuss (which could have been resolved had customer service amended this themselves) It took 7 weeks to actually arrive with my friend who had now had their baby. My suggestion is a setting in the order section to state the senders (orderers) name, as often it’s a gift and the receiver isn’t the person ordering.”
