Customer service at Altrincham store was excellent. Had seen sun hat online but wanted to try on before buying.
Phoned the store to see if it was in stock, and was told they would reserve it for me.
Went to store @ an hour later and bought hat. Price instore £28, online £20, £17 with discount code and I was delighted that store matched online price with discount. Thank you Altrincham staff.
