My daughter prom dress was supposed to be delivered on April 28th and her prom was May 6th. Dress was delivered on May 10th I have reached out to customer service numerous times to return the dress and get a refund. I'm reporting to the BBB. Please get your dresses elsewhere because the unprofessionalism is just rampant with this company.

Ordered 2 dresses worse case scenario they were to be here last week tried to cancel them because they did not show up even today the one dress I was told already shipped paid extra for expedited shipping still don’t have the 1 dress the other dress hasn’t shipped yet asked for even a store credit because we no longer need either dress but have found a home for the 1 that shipped even though we don’t have it yet. Long story short. Do not order the customer service is not there at all. Note we ordered just the regular sizing these dresses were not custom sized very deceiving they said they were still working on them and they would be finished soon

My main pros and cons Pros: Customer service. I would wait one day and a response came. CONS: My dress toke WAY! Longer to make than the advertised. I believe it was 12 days and this did not included shipping. Company is based in China. Because of this fact the quality was TERRIBLE! The fabric was very cheap and felt really bad to wear. Next, it didn’t come in the color I asked for. The dress didn’t fit even though sizing was correct. Finally everything wasn’t even sewn into the dress and the ribbons that came on it were different colors because they weren’t painted all the way

My daughters prom dress was said to arrive by April 12. Today is prom day, April 21st. According to the tracking site, the dress left California today. We live in Georgia. Pleas do not order from this company. It’s not worth the heart break. My daughter is devastated.

I paid $25 for shipping alone and was given an expected delivery date of April 6th. The dress arrived today (April 19th) after numerous email requests by me for a firm delivery date. The dress was supposed to be made to order (we gave accurate measurements), but doesn’t fit at all. The material is of cheap quality and has an odor. Please listen to me when I say that nobody should risk ordering from Molly Bridal. You will definitely regret dealing with this company. I have personally told my whole story to PayPal and my credit card company. For $122 I shouldn’t have had to deal with all of the stress, frustration, and disappointment.

Incorrect colour sent pink instead of purple, emailed response to say it was correct and no return available. I sent picture of website several times which is clearly purple.... no joy.

DO NOT. Just don't. Ordered a custom dress (as I had luck with his before with a different company)... The dress was so far off from fitting me properly I question if it was even specific to the measurements I provided. The sleeves were significantly too short, and I had excess fabric around my waist & hips that looked like a pooch. In my opinion, the dress appeared to be made of a much cheaper quality fabric than the one displayed in the photo online. It was a complete waste of money. I told them I was dissatisfied and they offered me 10 percent off my next dress. ;(

Daughter ordered a Prom Dress which was due to arrive on 15th June. It in fact arrived on the 30th June, the day AFTER she required it. Impossible to get any response other than a 'ticket' following requests to return the dress and receive a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU WILL NOT NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT!!!!!

These dresses were perfect. There was an issue with delivery, through no fault of the company, and they quickly responded this and made new dresses and sent them promptly. The dresses are beautifully made.

Avoid this company like the plague, ordered a dress for a prom which should have arrived within 3 to 6 days - 3 weeks later and after the prom the most shockingly poor quality dress arrived. Company are refusing to give a refund.

Ordered for daughters prom. Dress arrived bright green and meant to be hunter green which is dark green. Website shows dark green in colour. Hunter green is described on any website as dark green. Milly bridal has said that they have sent what they see as being a dress that is hunter green. It is not the colour that we ordered. They will not exchange or refund. Appalling really as my daughter won't wear the dress. 110 pounds wasted. Plan on trying to claim from PayPal

Milly bridal DO NOT USE Shockingly bad. Paid £25 delivery 3/6 days it took a month to come. Did not order custom made dress. Ordered size from online. Cannot return. No returns policy!! Terrible quality.

If I could give less than one star I would. The communication with this company is terrible. My daughter ordered a prom dress two month ago and they PROMISED to have it here by June 2, 2022. It is now June 6, 2022 my daughters prom is in two days and the dress is STILL in China. (Which originally I was told it was being shipped from America...lie). I should have checked this site. That is on me. But this company is horrible. DO NOT order please.......if you do you will be so disappointed and now I have a daughter who is very stressed about finding some in two days. Horrible, horrible, place.

AVOID this website! AVOID this website!! I didn’t even want to give them 1 star! £120 in total for a dress which I cancelled the day after ordering to them saying that I would get a refund and that they wouldn’t ship it out. which didn’t happen then they still posted it anyway the dress still arrived but 6 days after my event! - and not only that the dress stank of fish! No return label or anything! They are refusing for me to return the dress! Im Still trying through PayPal for help but so far no luck at all! I honestly would definitely avoid this website!

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from Milly Bridal. The dress I ordered was a standard size from their website, not a custom order. I paid $25 for 3-4 day shipping. After not receiving shipping confirmation after a week, I contacted them and was told that they custom make all their dresses. Wouldn’t it be nice to know that upfront and not be mislead with the fast shipping listed? I believe they do that because their return policy on custom made dresses is “no returns”. 5 weeks later, I have received my daughters dress. She missed both of the dances she was supposed to go to because she didn’t have a dress. The dress isn’t even high quality. Their measuring tape must be in a different measurement system that what their sizing information says. I bought a size with measurements that would fit a size D chest. If she wear a size B, we could maybe squeeze her chest into it if she was willing to not breathe while she wore it. Do NOT buy from this company.

Ordered a wedding dress from milly bridal And I have to say how disappointed I am Not only have they took my payment but did not deliver said dress on time for my wedding. I have message and emailed this company over and over and disputed and also made sure I saved all messages attached to emails these correspondences and still awaiting a full refund The dress did eventually turn up 6days after my wedding still waiting on a refund Do Not Order from Milly Bridal Not unless you want to be out of pocket Absolutely disgusting their customers service

Horrendous company. Ordered dress - like others, assuming it was a UK site, first of all they quoted rates far later than I'd agreed to on purchase, then they agreed to create a custom made dress to make up for the times, then I hear NOTHING for a whole until I check because of a house move that the dress is in its way, they assure me it's fine, then today I check again and they admit they aren't going to get the dress in time for my event... Which is in 4 days time, and then when I asked about a refund - NOTHING. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so I've escalated to a dispute along with all our correspondence, and will keep my fingers crossed - it's not just the money but the potential let down. At least I have a couple of days to find a dress!!

I ordered a dress for prom for my daughter. They despatched is but the courier lost the dress. The courier accepted liability and asked me to submit a claim through my sender, Milly Bridal. I did this but MB cannot be bothered to follow this up. I have emails from the courier accepting liability but MB cannot be bothered to do anything so I am out of pocket and have no dress through no fault of my own. They say they have been paid and have sent the dress so they don't need to do anything. They also don't ask for proof of delivery by photo so be aware your hard earned money is very much at risk because their customer service if there is a problem is terrible

Very disappointed . Ordered size Uk 10 but more like a size 4 . Cheap materiel and no where near a fit . Unlike other companies when something doesn’t fit this company refuses to refund or exchange even though it wasn’t custom made . Absolute rip off . Steer clear

Do not buy from Milly Bridal, as they have the worse customer service. They seem decently priced compared to other companies, but it's because their dresses are made from cheap material. The reason their Customer Service is terrible is because I had purchased a dress and purchased a 2 day rush shipping on it. After 9 days of seeing the dress pending on their site, I contacted customer support to cancel the order. Once I sent the request I received a notification that the dress is now "shipped". I spoke to a Customer Support agent and told her to not ship the item, as I'd rather be refunded due to the dress not going to arrive on time. The Support Agent said, "just wait for the dress. It should get there soon". I said, please don't ship it as I will just return it, as you didn't honor the 2 day shipping policy. She replied, "its already shipped, you now need to wait for it to arrive". I did receive the dress a few days later, but we were very dissatisfied as they didn't ship the correct size, the material felt cheap, and the occasion to wear the dress already passed. Therefore, I attempted to return the dress, but they said, "Once a dress is shipped, there are no returns, no refunds". I tried to let them know about the 2-day shipping and they said, "it is shipped two days", without acknowledging it wasn't shipped when I ordered it. This went on for 5 weeks, and I put in an international complaint, since they ship out of Honk Kong and their headquarters are in Britain. They didn't even blink an eye, other than saying, "do what you want to do. We have a no return, no refund policy". I then told them I would write many negative reviews and they said, "so sorry to hear that". So far I have tagged them on 3 years worth of Instagram photo's and multiple places like this, and they don't care. It just shows that they don't care at all about their customers, even if it loses them business. They are super prideful, and will not admit to mistakes, issues, errors, and will not give any refunds despite how wrong they are. Since they are located outside of the US their CS hours are from 9pm - 4am, so it's impossible to talk to someone live. My hope is that no one else has to live through this horrible experience, and that they lose business because of their lack of compassion and empathy to the customers.
