“The site was effective but had a policy that all replies must be answered promptly. I wasn't always able to do this because of a busy period, and was told it may impact my rating. I received dozens of replies within a couple of days and the workload was too high to respond quickly enough to meet the desired reply timeline that Mindahome mentions.
I did receive many good responses though and found an excellent house sitter.”

I’ve sent several emails about fixing the anomaly but clearly it’s of little importance despite acknowledging the issue …. perhaps NOW the issue might be fixed not brushed aside!”
Hello David, Thank you for your review, we really appreciate it and your comments. Sorry that your years of membership did not update, this was due to the extra 6 months we gave all sitters during COVID because most members could not travel. Our software did not recognise the extra 6 months and we did believe it had been rectified. Thanks to your comments, we contacted our tech department and it is now showing all the correct years for our members.
