“Mindahome is a good idea but it could be difficult to find applicants that would accept full responsibility for the proper care of the pets and keeping the house and yard tidy. Most seem to be in it for the free rent, gas, electricity etc and the opportunity continue working from their computers, and to sight see. Mindahome gets some money from them but that would be far outweighed by savings. So one has to be lucky to get the right applicant. I have used Mindahome three times now and I would use the last applicant again.”
“On the couple of occasions, since joining as sitters in September 2019, we have sought support or advice from Mindahome, we have been very impressed to receive a response within hours.”
“Using Mind a Home always works out well! I've been a house sitter looking for places and recently also a home-owner offering our place to be looked after. I will come back to them time and again.”
“Coming across Mindahome is the best thing we ever did! We are so lucky we can go away and leave our home and pets knowing we will come home to exactly the same way we left.
Mindahome makes sure potential home minders have a police check which also puts our mind at ease. We get to choose who we think would be suitable for our family and we have made some life long friends from Mindahome
HIGHLY recommend!”
“I use Mindahome regularly. I generally find a house sitter rather quickly. The website is very good, seamless and fairly easy to navigate once you've played around on it for a while. I like most things on the website and the fact that potential sitters get notified of my ad is a big bonus. The one thing that I don't like about it is that I keep getting asked to tick boxes to let people know the many different features inside my home. I'd rather discuss those items with potential sitters than just tick the boxes. My photos and description should be enough to start a conversation with a sitter. I find that list and the fact that I sometimes cannot post my ad without ticking the list, very annoying. Hope this review is helpful.”
