“We used Mindahome for what was supposed to be 6 months away (Covid shortened that) nevertheless during the 8 weeks we away the house sitter we found did an excellent job. Sadly we all had to return 'home' but we still consider him very much a friend of the family now.”

“I find your website not as user friendly as others and whilst I may not be as IT savvy as some, others users have told me the same.
Even when an instruction is given sometimes, like accept house sit, the system wont accept. Fortunatly by that stage you have owners contact details so we can accept via mobile to each other.
Under "view" your profile, it only shows me how I have entered my profile and not how its seen by home owners. I can not view whether my reviews are visual to owners. There seems a lot of glinches in this system.
I have only had 2 house sits through this website and I can only presume its that other websites are a lot more user friendly hence more clients / jobs available.
At this stage I wouldnt renew my membership but I hope this can change.”
