“I’m always worried about finding someone to look after and love our family dog when we go away. But on the 3 occasions I’ve used Mindahome my worries have always been unnecessary. The pet sitters we’ve used have all been amazing and I head off on holiday knowing our much loved Kelpie will be ok. All my pet sitters have sent photos of our dog and little updates which I love but never ask for (don’t like to put on too many demands) and every time I’ve come home to very clean home. Probably cleaner than I left it ?!? I will use Mindahome again as I trust the process”

Thank you for your feedback, we do appreciate your comments. However, you can change the dates of a listing after the sitter has accepted a position. If you go to the main listing page in your ‘control panel’ or click the ‘edit’ button for your ad on your ‘dashboard’, you will be taken to a page where you can change the dates. Once the dates have been corrected you will be able to leave a review for your sitter from when the position starts and this will address the issue you had with leaving a review.
We will look at improving the instructions on both pages to make this clearer for our members.
