“It was very convenient to be able to store my bag somewhere relatively safe so I could roam around the city, however I did not fully trust that my belongings were safe. There was no system for bag tagging or verification that I had taken only my bag, and when I came back to collect my bag had been moved around a fair bit -I was anxious that someone had stolen it. I think more strict procedures should be put into place to make this a safe process for the bag minder and the bag owner.”

“I didn’t realise my bag would be stored in a business, I assumed it would be lockers or something similar. Luckily I just had a large mostly empty bag, or I possibly wouldn’t have felt comfortable leaving it there. I think this should be made clear at the time of booking. However the business did a great job and the bag was looked after so I can’t fault them.”

“Due to the limited availability of the reception of my hotel I had to find a place where I could store my luggage between check-out and my flight. As always I was checking with Google and found mindmybag. Booking was done in just a few minutes and surprisingly everything was fine. I stored and picked up my bag from a nice lady. Thanks”
