“Communication was good throughout. From the American location and Overseas location. I was provided the machine I ordered, even with Bitmain creating a different model and not producing the model I ordered on the second batch. Only complaint is when I called the NY (USA) location the woman on the phone was highly aggravated with my simple questions. Maybe a bad day don’t know but customer service is important.”

The installation process was easy and straightforward, and I was up and mining in no time. I found that the power consumption was quite high at 3080W, but that is to be expected with such a powerful miner.
