“Total lack of communication on the timeframes the seats ordered would take. Lots of chasing and had to pay when ordered, but didn't receive for 2 months. Then when the seats arrived we discovered we needed seat mountings too - another 10 days. Would have been much more beneficial if there had been a suggestion as there are on other website of what you also may need. All in all, very disappointed with the lack of service.”

Hi Jane, I'm very sorry to hear that you felt there was a lack of communication from us in regards to the wait for your order. Unfortunately on items such as seats, many of these we have to order in direct from suppliers, although estimated stock wait times is listed when you order, for example 10-14 days. Having said that, two months wait is not something that we are happy to hear about, and if you could possibly let me know your order number please by emailing me direct on cara@minisport.com I can investigate this matter further for you. “The Stage 1 Tuning kit arrived within a couple of day. Excellent service. However the kit was incomplete; there was a shortage due to the Air Filter being out of stock. This has caused a small problem with the setup process. As of today Wednesday 10/2/2016 I am still waiting for the Air Filter to be delivered. Its a shame this has spoiled what would have been the usual excellent service I have had from MiniSport. The Starter Motor I ordered arrived the next working day this is the service I like. I will continue to shop; as the service is excellent and the quality is superb. Thanks Minisport. Alan Nicholls a mini mad fan since 1968.”
