“I made my order on 1st december 2015. On the website the parts are available between 5/7 days. but the parts arrive at my house only 22 january 2016. i'm really not satisfied!”

“Placed order online beginning of December, two weeks later no goods, ring Minisport and apparently item was out of stock and no idea when would be available. So how about being sent an Email telling me there was a problem??? Cancelled order, still waiting for refund!!”

“Hi. I ordered 6 or 7 things about 5 weeks ago. One of them was on back order however I was not told this until I received the delivery and phoned up to say something was missing from the box. 5 weeks later I have still not received the remaining order or my money back. Can this be sorted asap please. Chris arkley”
