“Need to have better Goods-Inn quality control. Phillapa is a joy and done her best, it is the rest of the organisation and suppliers who let her down. Mini Sport needs to raise the bar, the good news is, it surely cant get worse?”

“HI, HAD PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE (SHOWING STOCK LEVELS INSTOCK),ALL OK PAID WITH CREDIT CARD (THE WHOLE AMOUNT CHARGED TO MY CARD), ORDER ARRIVED AND PART OF THE ORDER WAS OUT OF STOCK AND AN INVOICE FOR A LOWER AMOUNT , STILL HAVE NOT GOT THE REST OF THE ORDER AND OR THE CREDIT BACK TO MY CARD. SO WITH THAT IN MIND I WILL THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE I WOULD PLACE AND RECOMMEND MINISPORT AGAIN, I HAVE USED YOUR PARTS FOR YEARS AS WE ARE A LOCAL MINI REPAIRER (25YRS REPAIRING THE MINI), THANKS RODNEY HANSEN”

“you have let me down twice now goods out of stock both times with no contact or indication when you could supply them, you take the money from the card for goods you are unable to supply, all other suppliers I deal with have a note on the web site when something is out of stock. not good enough it creates delays with no idea as to when they will come. Rebuilding two minis so I need lots of parts which is lost profit for you !”
