“A great range and easy website to use. Some items showing in stock were not available and not ship until a month later, but I received very good customer service who promptly replied and sorted the issues. I will continue to use Mini Sport”

“There are a very small number of suppliers that I regularly use and Mini Sport are right up there. You tend to keep some slightly less common parts and with the 'hybrid/mongrel fairly sporty Mini' which I am trying to put together you have helped me out greatly. I have spoken with you on the phone a few times and you have always found time to chat and to give good advice.”

“1 negative that is not communicating that by not having the product shipment is delayed. 2nd delay receiving payment from sending in my case: 49 days 3rd rising repeatedly from the shipping 3 times”

“The item was with me within 3 days of purchasing. The key is a bit sticky so I need to put a wee bit of effort every time I am trying to unlock the cap, but I believe it will be OK with time.”

“The service is pretty good and the people are helpfull. On the downside there are too many substandard goods and they are not alone as many of the products are the same as on sale by other traders. Who checks the quality? Some parts like Heritage panels are so bad they are more trouble than they are worth and expensive too. If retailers were to have some sort of quality control and rejected more of this substandard rubish then we would see an inprovement in goods all round. Good for the consumer and the retailers reputation.”

“I ordered £640 worth of stuff items were marked as in stock. Except for carpet and roof lining which were said to be 2_3 week special order. I am still waiting seven weeks later for some of my items. A pair of headlamps. Some of the items I have received are cheap nasty junk. But hey ho there you go. I own a restoration bodyshop and will not be using your company again unless I'm really desperate. Communication was terrible not even a quick message to explain the delay. I've had to chase you for seven weeks. Ps where are my headlamps???”

“I needed some parts for my mini but wasn't sure which ones to order. When I called they were very helpful and were able to confirm the parts numbers so I could order on line. The parts arrived quickly and my little car is back on the road. Excellent service and will certainly use them again.”
