“Very easy to work with and if something arrived broken, they would make it right. I'd ordered some WIA models and had a Black Sharif arrive broken. I'd let them know immediately after opening, sent pics and with my next order they sent a replacement. These guys will probably be my go-to overseas orders.”

“We received a parcel with a broken figure which occurred in shipping. When I emailed mini zoo the item was immediately replaced without having to do a return which saved a lot of hassle. I was also given the option to get free shipping on additional items to be sent along with the replacement. With my daughter’s upcoming birthday it was very handy, Absolutely outstanding service.
