After realising I had bought the same product twice I was totally amazed how easy it was to rectify, the website was very easy to use and I am not very computer literate, when I was at school we still used pennies and half pennies and thripences in our Xmas cake.
I love mini zoo because schleich is hard to find at reasonable prices and the variety is great also new products are coming in all the time keeping us up to date with what is available for the children in my care also the grandchildren.
