“I purchased a big order of model horses, they came within only a few days! Very happy with their website and great sale on Collecta models. Very impressed they have the WIA models, they are beautiful. Unfortunately, one did come damaged (not MiniZoo's fault as the WIA models are made from a different plastic), and MiniZoo offered to send me another one at no charge, they even provided a free shipping coupon so I could buy more models if I wanted. They were very helpful, and the second lot came wrapped in layers and layers of packaging and bubble wrap so very pleased. Will buy from here again :)”

Only negative comment(which is really beyond your control), is the Schleich figurines(animals ones in my case), have really diminished in their realistic look & paint markings.
