Ordered it on December 5th, 2022 and today (03/03/2023) still haven't received it, and very bad communication with customer service. I am very disappointed with Miniature Market, never going to buy anything from this page again

This email for the review is a joke correct ? The order was never fulfilled and after I sent a few emails with no response. I called the customer service number left a message again with no response. Then I recalled and actually got someone was told the order supposedly shipped on 2-15-23 but there isn’t a tracking number that should have been generated. It was then explained to me that I will just receive a refund. When I asked why not just fulfill the order and reship the order. I was told we no longer have these items in stock so a refund is all that can be done. So I have no idea how exciting, enjoyable or even possibly boring the skirmish would be. I don’t feel it’s necessary to write a review for the individual miniatures I also ordered since they were never fulfilled or shipped

Package never arrived. Waited 30 days and was told nothing they could do but refund me my $. Total BS.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience that you faced. We try to provide replacements to the best of our ability, as we want our customers to get the product they paid for. However, there are circumstances where the items are no longer available, and we would be unable to provide that. The customer may also prefer a refund instead of waiting for another package to arrive, in which case we will submit for a refund to be provided back to the original form of payment as quickly as possible. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I received a copy of SOS Titanic instead of the copy of Woodcraft I paid for. Woodcraft is now sold out so my copy was sold out from under me I suppose.

Pre-ordered and was told long after the fact that mine had gone missing. Long time customer and don't feel the refund was enough. I mean some free points at the least. You know "We screwed up, we are sorry'' I can buy elsewhere but I like the site -_-

Miniature Market is a great company and I love the prices and customer service. My order was packed with so much extra plastic in such a large box that it's environmentally concerning. Since I'll be buying nothing from WotC or Hasbro for the foreseeable future due to the OGL 1.1 news, I look forward to buying indie games from them.

I pre-ordered this item 9 months ago, it was not held for me, never included in shipment box, no replacement available and a measly $10 credit to compensate,.....how do you think I am going to rate, would go lower if I could. Honestly quite the nerve you have asking me to review, lol.

I don’t know the quality of the mini yet since it still hasn’t been delivered. It was due in on the 5th and now it’s the 10th and I still don’t see it. One mini could have easily been sent anywhere in the continental US in the amount of time it has been since I placed my order. It’s a little ridiculous.
