“Ordering process very straightforward and the items look lovely. I have however taken off 1 star because 1 item was substituted without explanation: I ordered an elephant rattle and got a whale instead, but I don't really mind because both are grey and my daughter is keen on that colour!”

I'm so very sorry about this. This was not a substitute product, the only thing I can think of is that I packed the incorrect rattle. I am of course happy to change this for you and send you the elephant you ordered.
