“I have just bought a lovely dress in Mint Velvet, Bath.The lady, Miranda, who served me had excellent customer service skills, which is quite rare to find these days! Miranda is a credit to your company and 8 will be back for sure! Also the manager was lovely and friendly. 🏆”

“Four months after starting my investment, I began to feel uneasy when I attempted to make my first withdrawal. “Visited the Hitchin Store today to try on a purchase I had ordered on line and to browse. I thought the service from the staff was exceptional. What a change to go into a store and the staff are so helpful. At the till my purchases were dealt with efficiently and swiftly. “I had another styling with Suzanne at Harrogate and again left with some lovely outfits, some of which I wouldn't have looked at online or in store but with Suzanne's help and expertise left the store feeling so good. The staff in Harrogate are always so friendly and helpful. Thank you again Suzanne, I had a fantastic morning at Mint Velvet. JackieM”

“I’m not sure if Mint Velvet will see this, but I just wanted to send a 5* review to their customer service rep Scott. My parcel went missing which contained clothes for my son’s christening. Scott sorted it out straight away, got my parcel resent and followed up on its progress to ensure it reached me in time for my event. I’m so grateful but kept missing his phone calls so couldn’t thank him personally. You’re a hero Scott, thank you.”

“Love Mint Velvet in Petersfield the staff very nice. I have bought a lot in this store since last summer. I use to go to Chichester but its now moved to a bigger store down the Main Stree and i do not like it, it looks like a warehouse UGH i did see the new collection in Petersfield last week but it was all very fussy with bows trims, lace all on the same thing ,too too much another lady said the same to her friend, so get your act together as you know you can Mint Velvet you have the monopoly there as its the only decent clothes shop in PETERSFIELD”

“Mint Velvet is one of my favourite brands and I have lots of lovely stuff. However, I have just received a pair of pale pink pinstripe trousers and a matching shirt from their new range. ..the fabric is cheap and nasty! Both items creased and like rags when they arrived! Made in China from recycled polyester - absolutely awful see-through coarse material. What a shame they weren’t in nice polyester - for the price you expect A LOT MORE !!”

“I have some beautiful clothes from Mint Velvet; jackets, sheepskin coat, rain mac, Jeans, many trousers tops and jumpers; all black with lots of silver zips and buckles. Some of my clothes are about 10 years old and I love them but with every passing year I am disappointed and now there are no clothes that I would buy! What has happened, you have lost your roots and identity. Still quality but just run of the mill stuff!”

“Popped in to your Cardiff store last Thursday 11th May! I was after a couple of dresses for a weekend away, I was greeted by the most adorable couple of ladies, so so helpful!! I ended up spending a fortune 😂 with every penny, I felt amazing, thank you Mint Velvet”

“I went into the Windsor store today to purchase a few pairs of shoes I’d seen online. Upon taking the shoes to the front desk I was met by a thoroughly unpleasant lady who barked that they definitely would not have my size in the heels (UK 3) in store, despite there being signs stating otherwise and her refusing to check. I said no problem and could I try some boots on in a 4, as I prefer to wear them with a thick sock. The lady laughed and said she’d only get me the right foot after I tried on the one in my hand. I tried on the shoe, asked for the other but warned her that until my feet were level it would be hard to discuss the fit. The other shoe was brought down eventually, however, there was a large scuff to the leather on the centre of the toe. I mentioned the scuff and she said that her own shoes where scuffed and that’s what happens. I asked if there were another pair out back, as although I realise shoes scuff I would prefer not to buy them scuffed already. The lady scoffed and said no without properly checking again, then proceeded to walk away saying she’d order them in if the scuffed ones where a problem. Sorry, but I refuse to place an order or make a purchase through a store with such bad customer service and I will make an online order instead. Really horrible woman (dark straight brown/black hair, mid-sized, middle aged). Won’t be shopping in this store again. Thoroughly unpleasant experience and rude staff member.”
