“Had to return a wrong size jacket for a refund from the Channel Islands which proved to be complicated My contact a Blue Bananas provided an alternative return address .. which I believe may have been his home address.All went smoothly with the refund received within a few days So thanks for going beyond the call of duty Mike”

“The only negative I have to say is timelines. It took a long time to arrive because it came from China. There was a slightly stressful moment when I realised the outfit I had ordered for a hen do was not going to arrive in time. However Blue Bananas and in particular Mike get 11/10 for saving the day. Extremely helpful, super efficient and very friendly. They dispatched an identical outfit in storage the next day. The quality was extremely good, it fitted like a glove and was just perfect. So overall they get 5 stars and please give Mike a pay rise. Because of his service I would highly recommend this site. Thanks Mo”
