“Excellent customer service. The agent had all the answers to my questions. Minut was recommended to me by a fellow airbnb host in my complex. I find Minut to be an excellent tool to monitor activity and noise in my short term rental unit. It shows neighbours effort on our part to respect their peace and quiet and keeps neighbourhood disputes over excessive noise in check. I love that Minut will text the guests on my behalf to remind them to be quiet should they get too loud (this has never proven necessary yet!)”

“I'm a big fan of Minut...I do like it for the noise sensor but even more for the temperature, humidity, mold detection, device counter, and motion. Ensuring that the furnace is working in my cold climate properties and AC is working in my warm climate properties is crucial and this makes it easy. The fact it offers so much more than noise level monitoring is what impresses me. I put a Minut in all of my vacation rental properties and highly recommend them.”

“Minut is a great tool to monitor what's happening in your apartment (noise level, movement detection, number of devices within network, humidity level). For a holiday home operator like myself it's an invaluable source of data. In the beginning, I didn't get exactly the pricing structure, but Minut has an amazing sales support team that answered me very quickly. Similarly, post-sales support is great, answering my email promptly, going extra mile where required, etc. (Thank you Britney!). In a nutshell, highly recommended!”

“This is a fantastic product! We've bought one for our remote rental apartment abroad and it gives you a detailed overview of what is going on in your place: noise, motion, temperature, humidity and this without invading the privacy of your guests. Also gives you ease of mind regarding the agreements you make with your rental agency or cleaning crew. You can verify when they arrive and how long they are busy cleaning ;-) I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to track activity in their second home or rental place.”

“I have a Minut sensor in each of my 3 Airbnb’s. I got them for noise levels and to be a good neighbor by being alerted as soon as noise levels become unacceptable (which has yet to happen, I must be very lucky in guests). But when a washer hose broke in an unoccupied property, the Minut humidity level sensor alerted me. Family and friends were so impressed, they all have purchased one for their private homes. I use mine to get a sense of what my guests are up to without being intrusive or infringing on their privacy. My Minut sensors increase my peace of mind when guests are in my personal and investment properties. And they paid for themselves by alerting me to a potential whole property flood.”
