“Prior to installing the Minut we were having an issue with guests throwing parties at our property, creating lots of noise and issues with over occupancy, resulting in unhappy neighbours and damage to our property. Since installing we have had no such issues. We explain that this system is in place in the property description and we include this information in the booking confirmation email. It has completely deterred any anti-social guest behaviour. The system itself works well, you have a good indication of activity and noise at the property and it is really easy to install, but for us the biggest plus point is just the deterrent it provides. For the cost it is great, it has already paid for itself. It also avoids the privacy issues you can run into with video doorbells etc.”

Not being a technical person, I found there were still problems, but the team stuck with me and it was sorted out. (I hadn’t removed the old Minut from my system!) “The sensor works well in all of its capacities that I've been able to test (motion, noise, temperature, humidity and pressure - not managed to get a 'glass breaking' detection yet - I'm not going to break a window to find out :-) ) and its unobtrusive - looks like an ordinary smoke detector. Furthermore, absolutely outstanding support - they even helped identify a connection issue that was an incompatibility between a mobile hotspot setup and the service provider's connection parameters.”
