"Terrible customer service and even worse business management!! I had ordered an outfit for a wedding. I gave them my measurements and when I received the item, It was too small. I contacted them right away and told him what happened. They told me to send them pictures of the measurements of the outfit that I received. So I sent that, and you can see clearly that the measurements are not the same as what I sent them. They keep insisting that the measurements are correct. Then they said they didn't have enough material for the blouse piece, so they had to make it short. Really? Are you serious right now? Couldn't they just let me know that there isn't going to be enough material for the blouse so I can pick something else out. We keep going back and forth and it's been a month now that this hasn't been resolved. For the past couple of weeks i've been trying to contact them and they have not replied to any of my emails or WhatsApp messages. I wouldn't give my business to them ever again. They are money hungry thieves!!! I'm just so frustrated and angry with them."
