“Selling a flat is so stressful and it can take very long time. I ended up having to request 3 validation reports. However Mia and the surveyor have always been very professional and turnaround of the report was always brilliant!”

“The surveyors were very quick to respond to my initial query and thorough in their follow up questions (so I only had to give my responses once rather than multiple times). The surveyor I had visiting my property was similarly communicative, turned up on time, knew their stuff, and talked me through the process. Would certainly use again.”

“Geoff came to do our valuation and was great. Friendly and efficient. Was great with my son as I was working from home at the time also so was quite busy. The office have stayed in touch and I've found them great value for money. I'd recommend getting in touch with them”

“Martin Powell was just lovely throughout, arranged a confident time and date, emailed and kept me updated. He arrived on time and was friendly and warming and was extremely efficient. “Really pleased with the service from Mirus Surveyors, we needed a valuation quite urgently and the responses from them and the fact they could get someone out to do it so quickly was amazing.
