“Martin came out very quickly, was professional and thorough and explained the process he was undertaking and the steps he would go through in the process. It wasn't just a cut and paste valuation. He then took the time to personally call me to explain his findings, where he did his research and the work behind the scenes he had done to draw his conclusions. I would highly recommend”

“Martin provided a competitively priced and well put together report for the valuation of our leasehold extension with a quick turnaround time. Subsequently provided a detailed breakdown of the valuation approach & calculation to our leaseholder's surveyor to support a competitive extension offer that was ultimately agreed upon. Provided friendly advice over the telephone - I would highly recommend Mirus Surveyors.”

“Mirus had already done a fantastic job with a speedy full valuation for the HTB redemption back in August and when I got in touch with them regarding a desktop valuation because that had expired they not only helped me massively by suggesting I get in touch with Target to discuss the extension they also had a desktop valuation emailed over to me within 90 mins! I am incredibly grateful for them and their speedy and professional work.”
