“Love the clothing and the customer service is also really great. Had an issue returning one of my items and Charlotte instantly got back to me and helped me sort out the issue. I highly recommend shopping here, it's one of the only online websites I've shopped at that hasn't caused me grief trying to get items returned and getting a refund.”

“Spoke with Lauren W today via chat about an order that still hadn't arrived. She was friendly, quick and effectively replaced the order with a new express shipment! She turned a bad experience into a good one! Thanks Lauren W.”

“My order was sent to the wrong house. Completely not misguided fault, but Yodels. I spoke with Maximilian on live chat and he helped me out completely. Spoke to them on my behalf and in turn requested for a new order be sent as mine has gone to a completely wrong location. For evening delivery as-well so yodel are hopefully not used.”
