“I needed to cancel an order an order I just placed as I needed to amend sizes! Lucy from the customer service team responded fast and dealt with my query sufficiently and explained the process. Thanks Lucy”

“I've shopped at Missguided many times and I'm always so happy with my orders. Fast shipping and easy return except for now, when I haden't recieved my money back for my return for a while. I contacted their customer support and got to speak to Lucy, who was so helpful and fixed my problem within 10 min. Amazing clothing and great service :)”

“I had paid for next day delivery on an order but it arrived late so I did a live chat with Yasmin and she assured me when it will arrive and also refunded the delivery charge as compensation. It was easy and quick to sort out, great service as always, thanks Yasmin!”
