“Don't buy from them !! The worst web as I order my dress accidentally in wrong size and contact them straight away to cancel it and they said it will be cancel and after few days haven't got any refund to contact them again and they say it is out of UK now !!! and suddenly got an email few hours later saying the dress now left their factory!!!! they are liars and thief worst customer services for I've have ever shopped online”

“Delivery is fast and extremely cheap- only 99p for standard delivery. All my orders have come within 2-3 days and the quality and price of the products is excellent! will never stop using this shop”

“I ordered an item on the Tuesday for next day delivery, received my tracking email on the Wednesday saying I "Should" receive my order in 1-2 working days - so Friday. I contacted them via chat and spoke to Samantha to be told; Ah well these things happen, so I now have no outfit for my night out on Thursday. Horrible service and next day delivery even though paid for cannot be honored. Will not be using again.”

“I returned an item, I had tracking on it, and it was received by their warehouse and signed for. Over 1 month later I have not relieved my refund, and they are now claiming it never arrived despite proof of delivery. Horrible customer service officer was beyond rude and refused to do anything about it trying to end the customer service chat as soon as possible.”

“There was no option for me to input my discount code and i ended up paying the full price thinking it will allow me on the next stage, but i was wrong, and when i ended up paying the full price and they did not allow me to cancel my order and did not give me a solution after that, they were so unhelpful.”

“I am having drama with cancelling an order. The staff are unhelpful, have no idea what info is available on the website, and are not keeping me updated. I was on missguided website, added a few products I liked that were on sale, went to the cart to see what the total came to with a discount code. I couldn't find where to put the code, so I kept clicking next. I know I was stupid, but I logged into paypal, thinking it would take me back to the website to confirm and there would be a discount code box, but no, the order went through. The website says I can cancel my order, but staff at missguided are being very unhelpful.”

“Not only were the clothes very good quality but they were reasonably priced. They also offer very good student perks and kept me informed during all stages of my order. When I compare them to other retail brands, such as boohoo and new look they come out on top in all areas.”

“I used to love Missguided, but lately I have found that the quality of their products has slipped. A lot of their dresses are made from cheap material and are practically seethrough. I also find that even if a product arrives in good condition, it doesn't tend to match the image on the site. For example, I ordered a top that was a baby pink colour, but the item I received was a dusty pink colour. It was still a nice top, but it wasn't what they were selling on the site. I also returned 2 items and they claimed they have not received them, even though I used tracked shipping so I know that they have. Standard of the site has dropped a lot in recent years.”
