“I had paid for next day delivery on an order but it arrived late so I did a live chat with Yasmin and she assured me when it will arrive and also refunded the delivery charge as compensation. It was easy and quick to sort out, great service as always, thanks Yasmin!”

“I bought a pair of comfy shorts and it was my first order from Missguided so I didn’t know what to expect. They are AMAZING. I haven’t been able to find a pair of comfy shorts that look good AND don’t have my booty hanging out so I am thrilled!”

“The advisor Maximillian was very helpful helped me with my problem of discount code so promptly so that I can buy my twin girls their presents. I had some codes and didn’t work and he helped me solve this problem. Maria”

“Had a faulty item that I had trouble returning and needed the replacement ASAP but the online chat was extremely understanding and helpful and sorted it all out for me. I spoke to both Lauren W and Anna (not sure of last initial) who were both brilliant. Thanks again!”

“Love the clothing and the customer service is also really great. Had an issue returning one of my items and Charlotte instantly got back to me and helped me sort out the issue. I highly recommend shopping here, it's one of the only online websites I've shopped at that hasn't caused me grief trying to get items returned and getting a refund.”

“My order was sent to the wrong house. Completely not misguided fault, but Yodels. I spoke with Maximilian on live chat and he helped me out completely. Spoke to them on my behalf and in turn requested for a new order be sent as mine has gone to a completely wrong location. For evening delivery as-well so yodel are hopefully not used.”
