“I have nothing bad to say about Missguided's services. I have currently had a couple of problems with a delivery going missing and a refund only being partially dealt with. However on both occasions the customer service operative I have spoken with have dealt with the problem quickly and professionally. I will be carrying on shopping here and always recommend to my friends to do the same when they're in need of a new outfit”

“Emma provided me with excellent customer service when I really needed the help. She helped amend one of my orders when time was running out. Thobeka was the first person I had a chat with who gave me no response to my query so no brownie points for her. Give Emma a bloody raise just for being helpful. 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️”
