“This company is great, their costumer service is amazing, I had an issue with a parcel that was delivered to another address because I mistakenly wrote it wrong, but I spoke with Anna over the chat and she solved the problem quickly by sending me a new order. I wouldn’t expect it but I was amazed. Thank you so much Anna. Also the next day delivery service is amazing. 5 stars from me. Order with confidence!”

“Huge thank you to Lauren, who finally sorted my problem, because I received only half of the refund, and other support worker, unfortunately I didn’t remember his/her hard and long name, told me that the problem is with my bank and couldn’t get deeper into the problem and look at the prices and understand, that refund wasn’t full. THANKS TO LAUREN, who finally done that for me, and sent other half of refund!!!”

“I wanted to return an item as it was too big. But when I tried purchasing it in a smaller size I noticed it was going to cost me more than what I originally paid for it. I got onto their web chat service and spoke to an agent called Yasmin who was so helpful and told me to purchase the new item and they will refund me the difference.”
